玉米火腿炒蛋Scrambled Eggs with Ham and Corn
材料
雞蛋 4顆
洋蔥丁 30公克
火腿片(切丁) 80公克
玉米粒 150公克
Ingredients
4 eggs
30 grams diced onion bulbs
80 grams ham slices (diced)
150 grams corn kernels
調味料
鹽 1/4茶匙
黑胡椒粉 1/6茶匙
Seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/6 teaspoon black pepper
做法
1. 雞蛋打入碗中,加入鹽、黑胡椒粉打勻備用。
2. 熱鍋,倒入1大匙油,放入洋蔥丁、火腿片丁炒香後,與玉米粒一起放入作法1的蛋液中打勻。
3. 鍋洗淨,燒熱,倒入2大匙沙拉油,倒入蛋液,以中火快速推動至蛋凝固即可。
Preparation Instructions
1. Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add salt, black pepper, mix thoroughly and set aside.
2. Heat a frying pan. Add 1 tablespoon of oil, add in the diced onion, and ham and stir-fry till it becomes fragrant. Now add the onions, ham and corn kernels into the egg mixture from step 1.
3. Clean the pan, heat it and pour in 2 tablespoons of salad oil. Pour the egg mixture into the pan over medium heat, move the mixture quickly with a spatula until it solidifies.
